General provisions

The Regulations specify the terms and conditions of sale by the online store krasowiak.pl, run by the Emporium Mariusz Krasowiak company with its registered office in Komorniki, Widokowa 35/1, 62-052 Komorniki, NIP number: 777-246-88-01, REGON number: 302182266. The company obtained an entry in the business register under the number 001123045/2012. The registration authority is the Urząd Gminy Komorniki.

The store sells collector's items, collector's accessories and literature via the Internet - via the website at www.krasowiak.pl
The sale takes place via the Internet in the form of a distance contract between the person placing the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, and krasowiak.pl, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
The buyer can be any natural or legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, having an e-mail account and having full legal capacity.
Each person placing an order in the online store www.krasowiak.pl is obliged to read the regulations. Ignorance of the Regulations does not release the Buyer from its provisions. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, EMPORIUM Mariusz Krasowiak has the right to cancel the order placed.
Contact with the store is possible from Monday to Friday from 10.00 to 20.00 by phone (+48) 608 806 853 and via e-mail sklep@krasowiak.pl.

Order acceptance and execution

Placing an order is understood as completing the order form for the goods with the actual details of the person placing the order and confirming the order. The moment the order is placed on the store's website by the Buyer is the moment of conclusion of the contract between the Seller and the Buyer.
Placing an order is also possible by phone, email or personal contact, provided that you read and accept the Store's Regulations and then provide all the information necessary to complete the order.
The person placing the order must be 18 years of age and have full legal capacity. When placing orders by minors, the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required.
The prices given on the website of the online store are gross prices.
The prices of goods do not include the cost of delivery.
Providing personal data in the order form is necessary to complete the purchase transaction. It is in the Buyer's interest to provide correct data enabling contact and delivery of the ordered goods. The seller is not responsible for the consequences of incorrect data submission.
The Seller reserves the right to withdraw or extend the performance of the order if the data provided by the Buyer when placing the order is incomplete or incorrect.
The Buyer's personal data is not disclosed to other entities for any purposes, except for actions necessary to complete the order, including e.g. sending the order.
The seller determines the possible options for the transfer of goods, from which the buyer chooses the most convenient for him and covers its cost.
The seller does not send antique numismatic items abroad worth more than PLN 16,000.
The Seller undertakes to send the package within 1 business day of posting the payment for the goods from the Buyer. Shipping and transport times may be extended depending on statutory days off and weekends.

13. Each order will be accompanied by a bill, VAT invoice or invoice margin.
14. Free pickup of ordered items is possible. In order to use this option, please contact us by email or phone in advance. Please note that you can only pay in cash.

Complaints and returns

In the event that the Buyer finds that the product received does not comply with the contract, he has the right to make a complaint. For this purpose, the advertised product should be sent by Polish Post, registered mail or parcel to the following address:

The package should be accompanied by proof of purchase of the goods and a description of the non-compliance of the goods with the contract. The complaint will be considered within 14 days of receipt of the goods. If the complaint is accepted, the Buyer is refunded the cost of the goods and shipping costs. In the event that the complaint is unfounded, the item will be returned to the Buyer at his expense.

Complaints about the mechanical damage of the consignment arising during transport, will be considered only after drawing up the relevant damage protocol, signed by the courier and recipient of the consignment.

Upon receipt of the parcel, the Buyer is obliged to check its condition (damage, completeness of the order). In the event of damage to the parcel, the Buyer is obliged to immediately notify the supplier and contact the Seller.

Return of goods. Pursuant to the Act on consumer rights of 30 May 2014, the consumer (Buyer) may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 10 days of placing the order, by submitting relevant information by phone, letter or e-mail. Pursuant to the content of the Act "A person is considered to be a consumer who concludes a contract with an entrepreneur for a purpose not directly related to business operations." Goods are returned only in the unaltered state. Reimbursement of purchase costs for withdrawal from the contract takes place within 14 days of delivery of the goods to the Seller.
Returns and parcels sent at the expense of EMPORIUM Mariusz Krasowiak will not be received, unless previously agreed otherwise.
Despite making every effort, the seller does not guarantee that the published information about the product does not contain deficiencies or errors, which cannot, however, be the basis for claims.

Privacy Policy

Providing personal data by the Buyer is voluntary, however, their absence prevents the transaction from being completed.
The Seller undertakes to protect the Buyer's personal data. The Buyer agrees to the storage and processing of data by the Seller for the purposes of the contract. The buyer has the right to inspect, edit and delete personal data used in the performance of the contract.

Final Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to unannounced changes in the prices of the assortment (does not apply to items purchased before the changes).
The Seller reserves the right to remove goods from the offer without prior notification.
In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
Disputes arising from contracts concluded between the Buyer and the Seller may be settled by mediation.
These provisions enter into force on 2020-06-01 and are valid until further notice.
